JoyFLIPS may collect personally identifiable information you provide, such as your name, email address, home or work address or telephone number. Personal Information may also include information regarding your activities on our Services, and demographic information when any of such information is linked to Personal Information that identifies you.

JoyFLIPS may collect personally identifiable information you provide, such as the following:
- E-mail: JoyFLIPS may offer e-mail notices from time to time. If you sign up for e-mail notices from us, we collect your e-mail address.
- User Accounts and Profiles: You may be required to register for a JoyFLIPS account to access our Services or to create and update a user profile. If so, we will collect Personal Information you provide to us during user account creation or creating or updating your user profile.
- Third-Party Provided Information: If you choose to access or register for our Services through the use of your user name and password for certain services provided by third-parties, such as through Facebook, you authorize us to access and store the credentials you provide and other information that the third-party provides. - Posts: We provide interactive functionality between users of our Services. When you post comments, upload photographs and otherwise provide content that may contain Personal Information, we collect that information.

Our Services may contain links to other websites, products, or services operation by third-parties, such as social networking services. Please be aware that this Policy does not apply to your activities or any information you disclose while using those third-party websites, products or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-parties. We advise you to review the privacy policies applicable to any website or service you visit other than the Services we provide.
Corrections and Deletion
If you wish to review, correct or request the deletion of any of the personally identifiable information that was entered into your user profile, you may update your profile in your account settings or contact us. When an individual terminates their account with us, we will remove their profile and all uploaded content, however we may retain some of your Personal Information to satisfy our legal obligations, or where we believe we have a legitimate reason to do so. We reserve the right to delete any customer information from any account at any time.
By providing your Personal Information to us through use of the Services, you agree to transfer, store and process your data in the United States, and any other countries or regions we may transfer your data to in connection with fulfilling your requests and operating the Services.
